Clauses of the festival

The festival presents the following arts: Traditional and folk, classic, modern, sport dances, cheerleaders compositions, authentic folklore, classic, pop, rock, jazz, film, mixed media, latino and folk music, eastern martial arts, theatre, , fire show visual arts, photography etc.
In the festival can participate ensembles and soloists from art schools, academies, schools, studios, children's and youth centers, children and youth aged between 10 and 30 years old.

Conditions for participation:
For performing arts – 2 performances per session, each performance with a duration of maximum three minutes.

Visual Arts – participants participate in an exhibition with two of their pieces, in a finished form prior to the festival and with a set price for their sale. The works will be exposed in an exhibition hall and/or in open air in suitable locations during the festival.The festival is not competitive in nature.

The performances of groups and soloists in the festival can not be used by them for commercial purposes. All events are free.

Everyone who wants to take part in festival must fill Application form and send it to organizers by post service or e-mail. With their application for participation participants accept the conditions of participation as binding.

The application form to participate in the festival must be sent before 30 May 2012. Audio-video recordings, which will be applied for participation in festival events, must be sent at the same deadline and manner.

Following the selection until June 5, 2012 Organizing Committee send letters of notification (confirmation) to the approved ensembles and soloists.

The application to participate in the festival is only valid if 30 % of the application fee is received by organizers by 10 June 2012. Address: Sofia 1000, POBox 331, e-mail: muzite_fest@abv.bg. In this period a scanned copy of bank statement should be sent by e-mail or fax confirmation.

In case of cancellation of the request that is related to reservation in a hotel, the deposit is not refundable.

Festival tax for participation is obligatory and it is paid by all participants.

Depending on the package of the used services, prices per one session for one person are:

• Depending on package of the used services, in the price аре included:
• organizational and technical support of the festival events;
• accommodation in 2 * or 3 * hotels in studios and apartments with 3 and 4 beds in Sozopol;
• tripled meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in the restaurant 2*.

To every 15 paying participants – 1 organizer/leader free.

During the festival participants are considered to be at the festival organizers disposal and take part in all festival arrangements.

On the first day of each session, а technical and organizational conference will be held with the festival team, including the heads of groups and individual players who must present the records of performance of the team (soloist) on CD with perfect sound quality. Each record has to be on a separate medium with the name of the product, name of the group and duration. It is required to have a copy! After the performance, the records will be returned.

Organizers recommend to know the text, music and choreography of the anthem of IYFA "Muzite".

The order of performances in the concerts is determined by the writer and the director of the concert.

The group leaders are fully responsible for their teams, costumes and props.

All managers and players are insured in advance for their own expense for the period of travel and participation in the festival.

Accommodation of participants in town of Sozopol. Rooms with 3 and 4 beds with private WC and bath. If you want accommodation in a room with 1 or 2 beds, prices are negotiated separately.

Additional service: Transport is organized by busses from Sofia for every 45 participants – 25 euro for both directions.
